Gravestone Photographs Resource: send a message to someone who requested a photo

Send a message to the person who requested a photo of the grave monument of Thomas Gillan with the following comment:

My late father was born john Vass in 1920 he was illegitimate and therefore adopted at birth. My daughter and I have been trying to do our family tree. It would seem his family came from the seaboard villages, Fearn, munlochy but we know his mother Sarah Ross (Vass) died in North Berwick and His Grandfather Donald died in Edinburgh. We get so far with certificates then you can't find registrations for some. Frustrating. Next week I am taking my camera up north looking for evidence. I believe the Tarbet Discovery Centre is a wealth of knowledge so try there and cemeteries around the area. Any help would be welcomed.
